Hannah Fair has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Hannah started their career as an intern at Edward Jones, where they gained experience in client relationship management and portfolio preparation. Hannah then worked at Cato Corporation as an Allocation Analyst, where they analyzed sales trends and allocated merchandise to maximize sales and profitability.

After that, Hannah joined Amazon, where they held various roles. As an Area Manager, they led and developed a team, focusing on motivation, coaching, and driving productivity through data-driven decisions. Hannah later became an Operations Manager, responsible for shift planning and execution to fulfill customer shipments. As a Senior Program Manager, they owned the VAS program for Amazon's last mile fleet, overseeing contract negotiations and rollout strategies to ensure compliance with safety standards. Lastly, as a Senior Manager, they led the delivery expansion strategy for Amazon's ultra-fast fulfillment network, supporting site selection, design, and building launches.

Hannah then moved to Odeko as the Director of Supply Chain, where they virtually led a team in implementing procurement, transportation, and vendor strategy. Hannah also oversaw the launches of market expansions and negotiated vendor partnership agreements.

Currently, Hannah is the Director of US Field Operations at Starship Technologies.

Hannah Fair obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Economics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, from 2012 to 2016.
