Tõnis Tiimus

Tõnis Tiimus is a Senior Software Engineer at Starship Technologies since September 2018, where responsibilities include scaling embedded systems, improving electronics reliability, and leading the development of various modules for robotic applications. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Software Engineer at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, focusing on firmware development for a microsurgical robot, and as a Robotics Engineer at the University of Tartu, where Tõnis led software development for shape-changing robotic mannequins and managed a project for a medical wearable data logger.
