Craig Cummins

Craig Cummins has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Craig started their career in 2006 as an Analyst/Junior Analyst in the private equity sector. Craig then progressed to roles such as Investment Manager, Senior Associate/Investment Manager, and Investment Director in the same field. During this time, they gained experience in making investments, coordinating market research, and IT project management.

In 2015, Craig joined HelloFresh as the Manager of Special Operations, where they supported operational and customer experience initiatives. Craig implemented a time-and-attendance system and reduced costs by outsourcing to private-label co-manufacturers. Craig later became the Associate Director of Product Strategy & Insights, where they led product strategy, data analysis, and long-term strategic planning, contributing to a revenue growth of 10%. Lastly, they served as the Director of Product & Customer Insights, overseeing a product research and analysis team and increasing the number of top-performing meals by 20%.

From 2018 to 2022, Craig worked at Freshly as the Director of Product Management. Craig led a team of Product Managers and a cross-functional agile team to optimize conversion rates through A/B tests, achieving a 15% increase.

In 2022, Craig joined Ro as the Group Product Manager, where they coordinated product management activities for the company's men's health division. Craig oversaw product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap development and successfully launched a new category on web and iOS app.

Currently, Craig is the Product Director at Starship, a subsidiary of Optum Financial. Craig oversees a cross-functional team of 15 and spearheads roadmap development for health benefit accounts. Craig is responsible for stakeholder buy-in and ensure the execution of the roadmap during a large-scale digital transformation.

Craig Cummins has a strong educational background in biomedical engineering. Craig earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Craig continued their education at the University of California, Davis, where they completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Biomedical Engineering. Additionally, they pursued further education at the University of California, Davis - Graduate School of Management and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree.

In terms of additional certifications, Craig obtained multiple certifications related to Python programming. Craig completed the "Python Machine Learning Bootcamp," "Python for Automation," and "Python for Data Science Bootcamp" at Noble Desktop. These certifications were obtained in February and March of 2023.
