Katie Denton

Katie Denton has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of design. Katie most recently served as the Head of Design at Starship, starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they held the same role at eMed Digital Healthcare from November 2022 to March 2023. Katie also worked as an Advisor - Design at Clarium Health from August 2022 to March 2023.

Before transitioning to leadership positions, Katie gained experience as a Creative Director and Design Director at Doberman from October 2017 to November 2021. Katie was responsible for managing a team of product design talent, sitting on the studio management team, and overseeing operations and budget. Prior to joining Doberman, Katie worked at frog as an Associate Creative Director and Senior Visual Designer from October 2014 to January 2017.

Katie also has experience as a User Experience Design Lead at Mucca Design from August 2013 to August 2014. Katie worked as a Freelance Designer/Art Director at various times and companies, including Freelance and Revolver New York, in 2013.

Additionally, Katie has been involved in the design community as a Member of the Design Leadership Forum at InVision from February 2020 to February 2022.

Katie Denton obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design from The University of the Arts, where they attended from 2002 to 2006.
