Jesse Sacks

Jesse Sacks currently serves as Principal and Head of Talent & People at Starshot Ventures, a hybrid venture capital firm and venture studio focused on building and investing in CPG, wellness, and consumer technology businesses, since September 2023. Prior to this role, Sacks was the Director of Talent/People/Ops at Haystack, contributing to significant organizational growth from Employee #5 to 30 during a three-year tenure. Sacks also held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Ritual, where team size expanded from 20 to 75, and previously worked at StartupTAP as Associate Director of Talent Acquisition before being promoted to Director, facilitating growth from Employee #4 to 30. Sacks is pursuing a Master's of Studies in Law with a focus on Business & Human Resources Law at USC Gould School of Law, on track to graduate in 2026, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
