Abigail Sylvester

Abigail Sylvester has extensive experience in business strategy and program management, with a background in international development and public policy. Abigail has held various positions at organizations such as Start Early, The Pew Charitable Trusts, and St. Andrew's Refugee Services. Abigail also served as a Fellow at the States' Fiscal Health Initiative and a Graduate Student Intern at the UN Environment Program. Abigail holds a Master of Public Policy from Duke University and a B.A. in Foreign Affairs and Middle East Studies from the University of Virginia.
