As the Founder and Connector of Lovealution Consulting, Clarissa works to elevate communities by providing education, capacity building, and advocacy. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President at Start Early, Clarissa is dedicated to fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging within organizations. Prior to their current roles, Clarissa has worked in various positions at Michigan Medicine, LathanHarris, Inc., and University of Michigan, demonstrating their commitment to making a difference in the healthcare and education sectors.
