Leah Grynheim

Leah Grynheim is an experienced professional in nonprofit management and community engagement, currently serving as a Program Associate for the Educare Network at Start Early since June 2022. Prior to this role, Leah held the position of Program Coordinator at Urban Alliance, where supervision of high school seniors and relationship building with job mentors were key responsibilities. Leah's experience also includes leadership roles at City Year Chicago, where foundational work on anti-racism programming was established, and organizing initiatives at the Sunrise Movement. Leah has a background in education, demonstrated through a Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from Indiana University Bloomington, coupled with various internships that focused on community interaction, marketing, and event coordination.
