Holly Seglah

Holly Seglah is an experienced professional in external engagement and advocacy, currently serving as the External Engagement and Advocacy Officer at Start Network since July 2023. Prior to this role, Holly worked as a Social Policy Officer at Development Pathways Ltd from January 2022 to June 2023, and gained valuable experience as a Social Policy Intern. Additional experience includes serving as a Legal Researcher at the College of Policing, a Research Assistant at DRR DYNAMICS LTD, and an Undergraduate Officer for the International Development Society at the University of Birmingham. Holly's early career involved roles in the Civil Service Fast Stream Summer Diversity Internship Programme, promotional work at Flash Point Promotions Pty Ltd, and as a Sales Assistant at Dunelm, alongside brand ambassador duties at innocent drinks. Academically, Holly holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Global Crisis, Conflict & Disaster Management from the University of Reading and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in International Law and Globalisation from the University of Birmingham, which included a year abroad at The University of Queensland.
