Ivan Avila possesses extensive experience in aviation and education, currently serving as Jefe de Pilotos at Start Skydiving since January 2020, overseeing two C208 Caravan and two C206 Stationair aircraft. Previously, Ivan held teaching positions in International Business Management and Strategic Decision Making at Universidad Santo Tomás Colombia. Ivan's aviation career includes roles as a pilot for Aerolinea regional del este and Virgin Atlantic Airways, where responsibilities encompassed managing operations and supervising teams. Additional experience includes positions at Swissport and Signature Flight Support, focusing on passenger service and logistics, complemented by managerial roles at HMSHost. Ivan holds an MBA from Long Island University and multiple aviation certifications.
