Lacey McDonaugh

Lacey McDonaugh has extensive experience in training, bookkeeping, and customer relationship management across various industries. Currently serving as a Training Specialist and Bookkeeper at StartCHURCH since October 2020, Lacey has successfully trained eight new hires and oversees client accounts, utilizing Quickbooks for financial reporting and reconciliation. Prior roles include serving as a Record Retrieval Specialist and Coach at Change Healthcare, where Lacey coordinated medical record requests and trained staff, and as an Account Representative at AGI Atlanta, where sales techniques were applied in direct customer engagement. Earlier experience at Office Depot focused on customer service and sales improvements, while a long tenure at The Home Depot included leadership and training responsibilities in high-volume departments. Lacey holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from LaGrange College and pursued coursework towards a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling at Georgia State University.
