Anthony Tripyear

Anthony Tripyear has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Anthony started their career at Bechtle in 2002, where they held the role of International Purchasing Manager & Project Manager for nearly a decade. During their time at Bechtle, Anthony established and managed international purchasing operations across Europe.

In 2011, Anthony joined Vohkus as the GM & Head of Procurement. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of procurement staff and serving as the General Manager of the flagship London office.

After leaving Vohkus in 2014, Anthony joined StarTech.com as a Regional Director in Northern Europe. In this role, they were responsible for driving market development and effective leadership of a team.

Over the years, Anthony held several positions at StarTech.com, including Commercial Director for Europe, Director of Global Customer Experience, Director of Global Sales Operations & Enablement, and currently, Director of Customer Success. In these roles, they played a key cross-functional leadership role across Sales, Marketing, and Product, ensuring alignment and scalable execution of sales and market development activities.

Throughout their career, Anthony has achieved various awards, such as the Hardest Working Channel Partner award and the Best Partnership award. Anthony has also been recognized for their leadership skills and contributions to business development.

Anthony Tripyear obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) degree in French & German from the University of Hull, attending from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Gold CPD Status from CIPS - The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply in 2015, CIPS Ethical Procurement and Supply from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply in March 2014, and a Diploma in Project Management in 2014. Anthony is also a Founding Member of the AGILE BUSINESS COMMUNITY at The Fantastic Thinking Company Ltd.
