Claudia Garcia is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations management and training across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Training & Quality at Startek since November 2025, Claudia previously held the position of Senior Operations Manager at Crescendo, overseeing a multi-regional team focused on customer support and revenue growth. Claudia also has extensive experience with PartnerHero in similar roles, managing significant programs while ensuring quality service delivery.
