Jim Hewston is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and service operations within the industrial measurement sector. Currently serving as the Director of Quality and Training and previously as the Senior Service Manager at Cross Company since October 2012, Jim oversees daily operations for an ISO 17025 accredited firm specializing in precision measurement calibration. Prior experience includes managing service departments in Nebraska and Iowa for two industrial scale companies, along with conducting ISO 17025 audits and accreditation follow-ups at AASHTO Materials Reference Laboratory. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, earned between 1991 and 1995.
