Kristine Dacanay

Kristine Dacanay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality analysis and technical support. Currently serving as a Quality Analyst Lead at STARTEK since February 2019, Kristine initially held the role of Quality Analyst within the same company. Prior to that, Kristine worked at Aegis Malaysia from March 2018 to February 2019 as a Technical Support representative for StarHub Singapore. Kristine also gained experience as a Telesales Executive for Uber Singapore and completed a Business Analyst Internship at Sherwin-Williams, where responsibilities included analyzing workflows and facilitating meetings. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of the Outgoing Global Citizen Program at AIESEC in Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS. Kristine holds a Bachelor of Technology in Business Information System from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS and completed SPM at Sultan Ibrahim Girls’ School.
