Stephanie Jones is an experienced operations executive with a strong background in contact center management and client relations. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at StarTek since April 2011, Stephanie has previously held senior leadership roles at Connextions, where responsibilities included oversight of P&L delivery and technology partnerships. Stephanie's career includes pivotal positions at Sykes, where leadership involved directing North American contact centers and managing extensive client relationships in various industries. Additionally, Stephanie has experience from IBM as a Service Delivery Manager, focusing on end-user support. Stephanie holds a BA in Business Management from Lacrosse University.
