Molly Dugan

Molly Dugan is currently serving as Co-Development Lead, Co-Marketing Lead, Executive Board Member, and Ambassador at Start@Shea since September 2021. In addition, Molly is a Research Intern with the Boston Food Forest Coalition, focusing on investigating food forests across the United States. Previously, Molly held positions as an Intern at Fundació Terra, promoting bicycle use in Barcelona, and as a University Research Fellow at Boston College. Additional experience includes roles such as Growth Lead at GiftPocket, Sales Representative at Ecotone Renewables, Administrative Assistant at Wilmington Back & Spine, and Summer Camp Counselor at Camp Evergreen Day Camp. Molly is pursuing a degree at Boston College, with a study abroad program at Universitat Pompeu Fabra set for early 2024, and graduated from Austin Preparatory School in 2021.
