Mert Ocakoglu

Mert Ocakoglu currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Segmentify, a global Customer Engagement Platform dedicated to enhancing omnichannel personalized experiences in eCommerce. Since April 2021, Mert has focused on increasing conversions and customer lifetime value. In addition to this role, Mert is a Partner at ZMT Ventures and an investor in multiple companies, including Pisano, Twentify, CreatorDen, Startsub.com, and previously, English Ninjas. Mert's earlier experience includes serving as Chief of Staff at Saran Group and holding roles as a Business Analyst and Software Engineer at Nortel Networks. Mert holds an Executive MBA from Boğaziçi University and a degree from Istanbul Technical University.
