William Gambling

William Gambling began their career in 2007 as an Office Engineer at URS Corporation. In 2008, they joined E.W. Howell as a Business Development Associate and Assistant Project Manager. In 2010, they were a Project Manager at Clever Devices. From 2014 to 2020, they were with OnDeck, where they held various roles, including Senior Director, Strategy & Operations (Enova International), Senior Director, Program Management, Director, Program Management, Senior Technical Program Manager, and Technical Program Manager. In 2022, they joined StartSure as COO & Head of Technology.

William Gambling obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University between 2003 and 2007. In 2013, they received a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2014-2015, they attended the APTA Early Career Program. William also holds a SAFe® 4 Certified Program Consultant certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
