Emil Aarestrup Ellegaard

Emil Aarestrup Ellegaard is a motivated professional currently serving as a Project Assistant at Novo Nordisk since December 2022, while also volunteering at Startup Borgen since October 2023. As a Co-Founder and Chief Design Officer at Mellow Designs since October 2021 and Co-Founder at Grå Solutions from January 2023 to May 2024, Emil has demonstrated entrepreneurial expertise. Previous work experience includes roles as a Gas Station Cashier at Circle K from December 2016 to January 2022, a Cashier at 7-Eleven from December 2012 to October 2019, a Substitute Teacher at Kratbjergskolen Allerød from August 2016 to October 2017, and a Salesperson at Saga Trim ApS from November 2015 to May 2017. Emil has completed a Bachelor’s degree in Design and Innovation at DTU - Technical University of Denmark (2018-2021) and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Design and Innovation at the same institution (2022-2024).
