Josef Scarantino

Josef Scarantino is an experienced leader and entrepreneur with a focus on supporting neurodivergent communities and rural entrepreneurship. As the CEO and Founder of Truss Cooperative, established in July 2024, Josef promotes inclusive community and education for neurodivergent individuals. In the role of Accelerator Program Lead at Startup Colorado, Josef advocates for rural entrepreneurs across 53 counties in Colorado. Previous positions include Head of Programs at All Raise, Program Manager at HubSpot Ventures, and Senior Program Manager at Techstars. Josef co-founded an edtech startup, EightTen, aimed at increasing labor force participation for individuals with disabilities, and has held various leadership roles in organizations such as United Cerebral Palsy, where Josef directed Life Labs & Technology. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in International Education and Human Development from The George Washington University and participation in the Startup Investor School at Y Combinator.
