Lama Yahya has a diverse work experience in marketing and operations. In 2020, they began working as the Chief Marketing Officer for Startup Falcon, where their responsibilities include developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating customer acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies, as well as contributing to product developments through market research and customer communication findings. Prior to that, they were the Chief Operating Officer at the Palestinian Association for Cultural Exchange (PACE) from 2015 to 2020, where their duties included designing, implementing, evaluating, and improving business operations, overseeing operations of the company and the work of colleagues, and carrying out/overseeing communications and negotiating agreements with suppliers and partners. Additionally, from 2016 to 2020, they worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Yamsafer, where their responsibilities included executing, monitoring, and evaluating social media, pay-per-click, and email marketing campaigns.

Lama Yahya began their educational journey in 2000 when they attended Ramallah Friends School and obtained an International Baccalaureate Diploma in 2012. Lama then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Marketing at Birzeit University, which they completed in 2016. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Israeli Studies at Birzeit University, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
