Hiro Nishiguchi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and leadership positions. Hiro began their career at the Long term credit bank of Japan, where they held the role of Vice President for 12 years. Hiro then transitioned to the World Bank Group as a Human Resources Officer for three years before joining Mercer as a Worldwide Partner for eight years. Hiro then moved to the Innovation Network Corporation Of Japan as an Executive Managing Director for four years. Hiro later became the CEO of Japan Innovation Network, where they served for three years before taking on the role of President and Co-founder Executive Managing Director. Hiro also served as President and Managing Director at JBP | Japan Bosai Platform. Hiro further expanded their experience as the Managing Director at Global Entrepreneurship Network and later assumed the role of VP and Chief Innovation Officer at Advent Group, Inc. Currently, they hold the position of President, Startup Geneome Japan at Startup Genome.

Hiro Nishiguchi has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, completed in 1997. Hiro also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Sophia University, obtained between 1981 and 1986. In addition, Hiro Nishiguchi attended Salzburg College in 1984 and 1985, but no specific degree or field of study is provided.
