Jovan Tisma

Jovan Tisma is a highly experienced business development professional and advisor, currently serving as Co-Founder BD & Ecosystem at ALL-ART since June 2021. Jovan has held advisory roles at MetaKing Studios, StreamFlow Finance, and UNQ Club since late 2021 and has been an Ambassador for Startup Genome since June 2019, focusing on building startup communities. Previously, Jovan was Business Director EMEA at WaykiChain and Chief Product Officer at RealMarket, where the focus was on fintech and regtech. Jovan also served as Chief Business Development Officer at Capital One and worked in brand partnerships at Universal Music Group, where key responsibilities included strategic development and market research. Jovan began a career in business development at Buxna Artist Agency. Jovan holds a degree from the University of Belgrade, obtained from 2003 to 2010.
