Tim Fitzpatrick has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to the present. Tim'smost recent role is as the CEO and Co-Founder of IKONA, a learning platform for improving ESKD outcomes using virtual reality and analytics. Tim has also been working as a Host for T-Minus 10, a podcast exploring the future of learning and technology in healthcare. Tim is a Health Transformer at StartUp Health, where they are part of a global army of entrepreneurs reinventing the future of health. Tim was an On Deck Fellow in 2021 and a Venture Partner at FundRx from 2019 to 2020, where they contributed expertise, capital, and guidance to healthcare and life sciences companies. Prior to these roles, Tim worked as an Institutional Equities Trader at BMO Capital Markets and served in the US Navy from 2008 to 2015.

Tim Fitzpatrick earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Relations with a concentration in Foreign Policy & Security Studies from Boston University. Tim attended Boston University from 2008 to 2012. Tim also holds a Top Secret Security Clearance from the United States Department of Defense, which they obtained in April 2013. Tim is also pursuing or has completed several industry certifications such as the "Series 55, Equity Trader Exam," "Series 63," and "Series 7" offered by FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).
