Kee Eismann (Kerstin)

Kerstin Eismann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in investment and innovation within the technology and blockchain sectors. Currently serving as Co-Head of Crypto Investments at HV Capital, Kerstin focuses on Web 3 startups that influence the future of the internet. Kerstin has also been involved in the Checkpoint Crypto Podcast and serves as a strategic advisor for Mogaland, a platform aimed at addressing financial literacy through mobile games. Previously, Kerstin held leadership roles at E.ON Innovation and innogy Innovation Hub, where initiatives in energy transition and blockchain CVC investment were developed. A founding member of BerChain, Kerstin has contributed to promoting Berlin as a blockchain capital. Early career accomplishments include managing the Technical Evangelism Team at Microsoft Germany and leading user experience at Fidor Bank AG. Kerstin holds multiple academic degrees, including a Master’s in New German Literature and Media.
