Juan Martinez-Climent is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader in the agritech sector, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of ADIAN.ag, a pioneering company that leverages AI and machine learning to enhance sales processes for agrochemical and seed manufacturers. Under Juan's leadership, ADIAN.ag has processed over €8 billion in orders and achieved significant cost savings and revenue growth for clients. As a co-founder of Ona Aquaculture Phytogenics, Juan has contributed to the sustainable transformation of the seafood industry through innovative plant-based feed additives. Additionally, Juan co-founded Plug and Play Spain, an incubator that supports startups with essential resources, and has held advisory roles in other ventures. Juan's educational background includes a Master’s in Agricultural Engineering from Wageningen University & Research and an Engineer’s Degree from Universitat Politècnica de València.
