Rebecca E. Gwilt

Rebecca E. Gwilt is an accomplished legal and business professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and venture capital sectors. Currently serving as the Founder of Elevare Law since November 2024, Rebecca has also been an Angel Investor at Vitalize Venture Capital since September 2021 and a member of Pipeline Angels since March 2021, focusing on supporting underrepresented entrepreneurs. In addition, Rebecca holds a position as a member of Portfolia Funds and contributes as a Mentor/Advisor at multiple organizations such as Plug and Play Tech Center, Lighthouse Labs, Founders Factory, and Startup Virginia. Previously, Rebecca was the Partner and Cofounder of Nixon Gwilt Law from March 2014 to November 2024 and founded Redbird Law and Consulting, LLC. Academically, Rebecca holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a Master's in Public Policy with a focus on Health Policy.
