Martin Koppel

Martin Koppel is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in the clean energy and digital services sectors. Currently serving as Founding Partner at 2C Ventures since January 2023, Martin focuses on investing in and amplifying promising sustainability solutions. In addition, Martin holds the position of Venture Partner at Startup Wise Guys since April 2022. Previously, as CEO and Co-Founder of Fortumo from August 2007 until its acquisition by Boku Inc in July 2020, Martin led a digital enablement platform for app stores and digital service providers. Earlier roles include Co-Founder and COO, as well as Head of Marketing at Fortumo, and Account Manager at Krabi & Mask. Martin's career began as a Sales Manager at Welisa. Educationally, Martin Koppel earned a Master's degree in Marketing and Business Administration from the University of Tartu (2007-2009) and a BA in the same field (2004-2007).
