Ghers Fisman

Ghers Fisman is currently the Data Manager at StartupBlink. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Corporate Finance Consultant at both PwC and KPMG. Ghers has also been a Program Coordinator at Organización La Llanada.

Ghers has always been interested in finance and consulting and decided to pursue this career after completing their undergraduate degree in Economics. Ghers started out as a Junior Consultant at KPMG and quickly progressed to a Senior role, overseeing teams of Junior Consultants and directly engaging with clients.

In their current role at StartupBlink, Ghers is responsible for managing all data and analytics for the company. Ghers is passionate about their work and enjoys being able to use their skills to help startups grow and succeed.

Ghers Fisman attended a bootcamp for web development at Ironhack, then went on to earn their MSc in finance from IESA. Ghers has a bachelor's degree in business/managerial economics from Universidad Metropolitana (VE), and they are certified by both freeCodeCamp and Google in responsive web design and Google Analytics for Beginners, respectively.

Ghers Fisman reports to Eli David, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Martin Jordana - Project Manager, Naomi Costa - Marketing Manager, and Michal Weyna - Head of Research. A direct report to Ghers Fisman is and Yaroslav Shelestov - Data Analyst.
