Karl D'Souza is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition and strategic HR management. Currently serving as the HR Talent Strategy, Innovation & Learning Leader at Jackson Health System since April 2021, Karl has previously held notable positions such as Global Head of Talent Acquisition at The College Board and Head of Talent Acquisition at Deutsche Bank. With a strong background that includes leadership roles at Deloitte Consulting, PwC, Deloitte, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Wells Fargo, Karl has developed a robust expertise in human capital management, talent strategy, and operations. Educationally, Karl holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Idrees University.
