Jesse Freese

Jesse Freese is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, consulting, and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Business Consultant at Sequoia Consulting Group since July 2016, Jesse focuses on modernizing compensation and benefits for businesses. As Founder and Managing Director of StartupExperts, initiated in January 2019, Jesse fosters a community of HR, Finance, and Operations leaders to collaboratively tackle shared business challenges. Previous roles include RSC Manager at TriNet, Account Executive and Hiring Consultant at Accolo, and Recruiting Manager/Project Manager for the Office of U.S. Foreign Disaster Assistance. Jesse began a career in recruitment with positions at the Federal Aviation Administration and XL Associates. Academic credentials include a BA in International Affairs from the University of Mary Washington.
