Currently serving as a Business Consultant at Sequoia since October 2019, Chelsea focuses on modernizing compensation and benefits to enhance companies' talent retention and investment. In addition, Chelsea plays a key role as LA Hub Program Manager at StartupExperts, fostering collaboration among HR and finance leaders. Previous experience includes leading enterprise SaaS sales at TriNet, managing district operations at ADP, and driving business development at SMS Masterminds. Chelsea holds a Bachelor's degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
