Katie Coupe

Katie Coupe is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Interim Chief People Officer at SeekOut, Katie previously held significant positions at BetterUp, including Vice President of Human Resources and HR Consultant, where contributions resulted in over $5M in new business and the transformation of coaching strategies for organizations. Experience at Gap Inc. involved leading talent management initiatives and supporting executive transitions, while earlier roles at Archer Daniels Midland and the International Labour Organization provided foundational HR skills across diverse settings. Katie holds a Master’s degree and Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.
