Evan Miles

Evan Miles is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Vice President at Starwood Property Trust since February 2024. Prior to this, Evan held the position of Director of Asset Management at Access Point Financial from July 2019 to February 2024, overseeing a portfolio of over $2 billion in commercial real estate investments. As Associate Director of Asset Management at Trimont Real Estate Advisors from April 2016 to July 2019, responsibilities included advisory roles related to property operations and financial reporting. Earlier experience includes serving as an Investment Real Estate Associate at Coldwell Banker Commercial, where Evan represented property owners and tenants in transactions, and as a Transaction Coordinator at CBRE, managing lease and sale transactions. Evan holds dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Real Estate Finance and Finance, Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Mississippi and has furthered education at the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.
