Oliver Brinkmann

Oliver Brinkmann has extensive culinary experience, currently serving as Junior Executive Chef at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. since October 1994. Previously, Oliver held the position of Küchenchef at Hotel Eden Parc and worked at the Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel & Conference Center as Commis de cuisine/Chef de partie. Early in their career, Oliver gained experience as Commis de cuisine at Die Ente vom Lehel. Oliver's educational credentials include a Küchenmeister degree from Bavaria Hotelfachschule and a Konditor degree from Confiserie Wessinger, alongside a Koch degree from Wildpark Hotel.
