Yiqing Z.

Yiqing Z. is an experienced finance professional, currently serving as the Head of Investment and Financing at STARY PTE LTD since May 2021, overseeing the group’s financing strategy and investments. Prior experience includes serving as Investment Director at yixin, where Yiqing successfully raised over $800 million for the company’s HK Stock Exchange listing and coordinated a major spin-off. As an Investment Manager at Qihoo 360, Yiqing led significant acquisitions and mergers, including the $600 million acquisition of the Opera consumer browser business, while also managing complex deal structures and regulatory approvals. Earlier roles include M&A Analyst positions at Rothschild & Co and goetzpartners, where Yiqing advised on various transactions across sectors. Yiqing holds a Grande Ecole degree in Capital Markets from HEC Paris, a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and has completed an exchange program at KEDGE Business School.
