Caroline Boily

Caroline Boily possesses extensive experience in mechanical engineering, currently serving as a Technicienne en génie mécanique at STAS Inc since February 2022. Prior to this role, Caroline held the position of Technicienne senior en génie mécanique at Cycles Devinci from February 2001 to November 2021, specializing in complex assemblies and various manufacturing processes including plastic injection, thermoforming, machining, forging, extrusion, and casting. Caroline's earlier career includes serving as a Technicienne en génie mécanique at L'Équipe Fabconcept Inc. from September 1996 to February 2001, where responsibilities included 3D modeling of industrial equipment, 2D drafting of parts and assemblies, factory measurements, and CNC programming. Notable achievements include contributions to industrial projects at Rio Tinto and the implementation of CNC programming. Caroline holds a DEC in Technique de génie mécanique from Cégep du Vieux Montréal and Cégep de Jonquière, along with completed university credits in Design Industriel and Génie Mécanique from Université de Montréal and Polytechnique Montréal, as well as a DEC in Sciences de la nature from Collège d'Alma.
