Kimberly Lerdall

Kimberly Lerdall is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience operations and strategy. Currently serving as Vice President of CX Operations at Stash since September 2021, Kimberly previously held several senior roles at Amazon from October 2017 to September 2021, including Senior Customer Experience Manager for Amazon Business, where responsibilities included leading support strategies for enterprise customers and launching operations across Europe. Prior to Amazon, Kimberly was Director of Customer Experience and Operations at LivingSocial, where efforts included developing support strategies for business partners and managing international expansions. Earlier career roles included multimedia editing at AFP and student services at Arizona State University. Kimberly holds a Master of Arts in Communication, Culture, and Technology from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism & Mass Communication and French from Arizona State University.
