Alex Cringle

Alex Cringle has a diverse work experience in the financial and technology industries. Alex is currently working as the Chief Product Officer at StashAway since June 2022, after serving as the VP of Product from January 2022 to June 2022. Prior to StashAway, Alex was the Senior Product Director at Funding Societies | Modalku Group from April 2021 to January 2022. Alex also held the position of Director of Product Management at the same company from April 2019 to April 2021. Before that, Alex worked as a Senior Product Manager at Nutmeg from August 2017 to February 2019. Alex gained experience as a Product Owner at Algomi Ltd from July 2014 to April 2017. Alex started their career as an Esales and eTrading Analyst at Commerzbank AG from November 2012 to July 2014. Prior to that, they served as an eCommerce FX & Fixed Income Analyst at Societe Generale from November 2011 to November 2012. Alex holds a Masters in Finance, Investment, and Risk Analysis from the University of Kent, which they completed from September 2010 to September 2011.

Alex Cringle completed their undergraduate studies at UC Irvine from 2005 to 2009, earning a degree in Business Economics with a focus on Economics and Managerial Finance. Following this, from 2010 to 2011, Alex pursued a postgraduate degree, obtaining an MSc in Finance, Investments, and Risk Analysis from the University of Kent.
