Dhrubajyoti Mandal

Dhrubajyoti Mandal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Dhrubajyoti is currently serving as the Head of Talent at StashAway since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Nestlé from July 2018 to December 2021, where they held the position of Head of Integrated Talent Management - Asia, Oceania and sub-Saharan Africa (AOA). Before joining Nestlé, they worked at Novartis from June 2013 to July 2018, serving as the APAC Talent Acquisition and Staffing Lead and later as a Staffing Partner. Dhrubajyoti also worked at Deloitte as an Assistant Manager from November 2010 to June 2013. Their earlier work experience includes working as an HR Executive at Tata Consultancy Services from May 2008 to October 2010 and as an HR Intern at Mylan in May and July 2007.

Dhrubajyoti Mandal pursued their education in a chronological order. Dhrubajyoti began their academic journey in 2002 at G.H. Raisoni College of Engineering(GHRCE), Nagpur, where they completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunication in 2006. Following that, they joined the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and obtained their MBA (PGDM) with a specialization in Human Resource from 2006 to 2008.
