Joseph Tan

Joseph Tan has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Joseph currently works at StashAway as a PR and Partnerships Executive, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to that, they were a Client Engagement and PR Executive at the same company from September 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining StashAway, Joseph worked at FILOS Community Services as a Community Engagement and Corporate Social Responsibility professional from May 2021 to September 2021.

From December 2019 to May 2021, Joseph worked at O'Joy Limited in a role focused on community outreach. Joseph'sresponsibilities included project management, collaboration with community partners, and grassroots organizations for various community initiatives.

During their time at Jolly Companion from April 2020 to March 2021, Joseph served as a Business Analyst (Secondment). Joseph managed an IoT-enabled Smart Home project, and also collaborated with SIT for IoT development. Joseph led a team of four trainees in the project.

Joseph's earlier work experience includes a role as an Admin Support Assistant in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) from October 2017 to October 2019. Joseph managed communication and coordination with NSmen at the brigade level, conducted data analysis, and handled confidential information. Joseph was recognized with the NS APEX Award and Best Soldier of the Month for their excellent work performance.

Additionally, Joseph worked as an Administrative Executive at Equiom Group from May 2017 to October 2017, and as an Intern at the same company from October 2016 to December 2016.

Joseph Tan's education history is as follows:

From 2014 to 2017, Joseph attended Temasek Polytechnic, where they pursued a degree in Business with a focus on Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.

In 2019, they enrolled in The School of Positive Psychology, where they completed a course on Introduction to Psychotherapy Counselling and Psychology.

Currently, Joseph is studying at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) on a part-time basis. Joseph started in 2020 and is expected to graduate in 2023. Joseph is working towards a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Digital Content Marketing.
