Mey Chyi Wong (黄瑁琪)

Mey Chyi Wong has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Mey Chyi is currently the Head of Client Experience at StashAway, where they lead a team focused on improving the conversion funnel and enhancing client interaction through various channels. Mey Chyi also works with the C-Suite to organize impactful events and partnerships. Prior to this role, they managed a team of 50 CX agents across multiple regions at StashAway.

In addition to their experience at StashAway, Mey Chyi Wong has worked as a Contributor at NewCampus, starting in 2022. Previously, they held several positions at Maybank Investment Banking Group, including Team Head of the PCS Retail Brokerage House Team and Senior Equities and Futures Dealer. In these roles, they managed high-performing dealers, engaged stakeholders for strategic planning, monitored global markets, and led financing for large shareholders.

Mey Chyi Wong completed their high school education at Wesley Methodist School from 2003 to 2007. Mey Chyi then pursued their A Levels degree at HELP University from 2008 to 2009. Following that, they attended The University of Manchester from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a BA(Hons) degree in Economic and Social Studies, specializing in Accounting and Finance. In addition to their formal education, Mey Chyi Wong obtained certifications such as the Prof G Certified Strategist from Section4 in October 2020 and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute in March 2018.
