Siewyee Bay (马修琦)

Siewyee Bay's work experience started in 2010 as an Administrative Assistant at Rong Tai Investment Pte Ltd. In 2013, they worked as an Events Marketing Services Intern at IDC. In 2014, they were a Marketing Intern at Janssen, a division of Johnson & Johnson, where they conceptualized campaigns and organized events. In the same year, they also worked as a Student Consultant at UOB-SMU Asian Enterprise Institute. In 2015, they became a Team Lead for E-Commerce & Business Development at The Good Natured Company. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a Regional Operations Executive at ZALORA Group, where they coordinated with local teams and implemented operational improvements. Lastly, they are currently the Head of People & Culture at StashAway since 2017.

Siewyee Bay (马修琦) completed their Bachelor of Business Management degree with a specialization in Marketing and Corporate Communication from Singapore Management University in 2015. During their undergraduate studies, they also had the opportunity to participate in an exchange program at the University of St.Gallen in 2014. Additionally, they attended a summer exchange program at HEC Montréal in 2012.
