Stephanie Leung

Stephanie Leung has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Stephanie is currently the Chief Investment Officer at StashAway, a digital wealth management platform that offers personalized portfolio management. Prior to this, they held the role of Group Co-CIO and Head of StashAway HK at the same company. Stephanie also has experience as a Co-founder and Advisor at Snow and Flow Snowsports School, a licensed snowsports school in Japan, where they offered lessons in multiple languages. Stephanie has also been an Angel Investor at Airluna, a company that specializes in air purifying lamps. Stephanie has also worked as the Deputy Chief Investment Officer at The Caravel Group Limited, an institutional investment manager, and as a Portfolio Manager and Responsible Officer at Harmony Advisors Limited, a multi-family office/asset management company. Additionally, they co-founded Calabas Capital and worked as a Portfolio Manager. Stephanie started their career at Goldman Sachs as a Vice President in One-Delta Trading and later as an Associate in Asia-Pacific Portfolio Strategy Research. Before that, they worked at McKinsey & Company as an Associate Consultant. Stephanie also had internships at Hottolink and IBM.

Stephanie Leung obtained their BSE degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan, where they studied from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended Diocesan Girls' School until 1998. Stephanie then pursued their MS degree in Computer Science at Stanford University from 2002 to 2004.

Additionally, Stephanie has obtained several certifications over the years. In 2008, they earned the Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder designation from the CFA Institute. In 2016, they became a Level 1 Snowboard Instructor certified by CASI-ACMS. In 2019, they acquired the WSET Level 3 Award in Wines from WSET — Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Most recently, in August 2021, Stephanie obtained the Japanese-Language Proficiency Level N3 credential from The Japan Foundation.
