Sean is a compliance professional with extensive experience in the derivatives market ecosystem.
Prior to joining Statar Capital, Sean was most recently a Compliance Officer at Barclays, where he supported both the Prime Derivatives Services and Swap Dealer functions. Sean managed all external relationships with regulators for both business functions from 2019-21. Sean has also worked as a regulator with the National Futures Association. During this time, Sean was responsible for all areas of regulatory review, including the oversight and examination of member-firms engaged in the derivatives industry.
