Nicole Richard

Nicole Richard is an experienced professional with a background in youth development and operations management. Currently serving as the Michigan Youth in Government Outreach Coordinator at the State Alliance of Michigan YMCAs since April 2023, Nicole previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Richard Staffing since February 2017, where the agency specializes in hiring and training for the customer service field. From August 2009 to April 2016, Nicole was the Executive Director of Metro Youth YMCA, overseeing a budget of 1.8 million dollars while focusing on revenue generation for mission-driven programs. Additionally, Nicole directed school-based programs that emphasized youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Marketing from Ferris State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
