Debashree Sarmah

Debashree Sarmah currently serves as an Assistant Manager at SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd. since June 2023, where responsibilities include managing regional-level MIS, conducting trend analysis, facilitating meetings, and enhancing interdepartmental communications. Debashree prepares presentations that simplify complex data for stakeholders and monitors the effectiveness of campaigns while contributing to employee retention initiatives.
