Ammar A. Raja

Ammar A. Raja is a distinguished professor of artificial intelligence at the University of Management and Technology, with significant experience in data science, analytics, and financial management. Since October 2020, Ammar has developed advanced courses impacting over 300 students annually and forged partnerships with major corporations to tackle complex business challenges. Currently serving as a master trainer and consultant at the State Bank of Pakistan, Ammar focuses on data science training for financial professionals. Previous roles include contributions at IBM, GrocerApp, and JazzCash, where Ammar's expertise in analytics led to notable improvements in operational efficiency, sales growth, and risk reduction. Ammar holds a PhD in Finance from The London School of Economics and a Master’s degree from the University of Hertfordshire.
