Greg Gularte

Greg Gularte currently serves as the Command of Administrative Services Division and Assistant Sheriff at the Fresno County Sheriff's Office since December 2022. With a career in law enforcement that includes roles such as Sheriff's Captain at the Fresno County Sheriff Coroner's Office and Police Officer at the City of Hanford Police Department, Gularte brings over two decades of experience to the field. Additionally, Gularte has contributed as an Adjunct Instructor at the State Center Community College District since May 2005. Academically, Gularte holds a Master’s degree in Emergency Services Management from Columbia Southern University, a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from California State University, Fresno, and an Associate of Arts in General Education from Fresno City College.

State Center Community College District

Community College District in the Central Valley which includes Fresno, Madera, Kings and parts of Tulare counties. They have a student enrollment of about 35,000. The district has two fully accredited colleges: Fresno City College and Reedley College with college centers in Madera, Oakhurst and the Clovis area. The Reedley College center in Clovis has just received canidacy to become its own college: Clovis Community College. Clovis Community College should receive full accreditation by the 2015-16 academic year.
